Getting Started

Visit pes.supply to create an account. You'll need your contractor license information, business details, and trade references. Most accounts are approved within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you'll have access to our full product catalog and can place orders online 24/7.

Payment terms are determined based on your business profile and trade references. Standard terms range from prepay to Net 30 for established contractors. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and checks. All payment options are available through your online account.

Yes. Pricing varies by product category, manufacturer, order volume, and account status. PowerLink Network members receive preferred pricing on many products. Contact your account representative for specific pricing on your projects.

Absolutely. Our technical team includes licensed electricians and solar professionals with decades of combined experience. We can assist with product selection, system design review, code compliance questions, load calculations, and interconnection requirements. Technical support is included with your account at no additional charge.

Ordering & Quoting

Stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Many products are available for same-day or next-day delivery depending on your location and order timing. Special order items vary by manufacturer - usually 2-6 weeks. We'll provide specific lead times when you place your order.

No problem. You can specify multiple delivery addresses on a single order. We can also split shipments and coordinate delivery timing to match your construction schedule. Just provide the details when placing your order or contact your account representative.

Yes. We offer will-call orders where products are held at our facility until you're ready for delivery. This is common for contractors managing multiple phases or waiting for construction milestones. Storage fees may apply for extended holds beyond 30 days.

Yes. For projects over $25,000, we provide detailed quotes including all equipment, freight costs, and delivery timelines. Submit project details through the Request Quote page or contact your account representative. Most quotes are provided within 24-48 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer ground, expedited, and freight shipping throughout North America and the Caribbean. Ground shipping for most stock items is 2-5 business days. Expedited options available for next-day or 2-day delivery. Freight shipping for larger orders includes liftgate service if needed.

Cross-border shipping to Canada and Mexico is handled through our logistics division, Portlandia Logistics. We manage all customs documentation and clearance. Typical transit times are 5-7 business days to major Canadian cities, 7-10 business days to Mexico. All customs fees and duties are calculated at time of order.

Yes. We ship to Puerto Rico and Caribbean markets via ocean freight and air cargo. Ocean freight typically takes 7-14 days to San Juan, with local distribution available throughout Puerto Rico and USVI. Air cargo available for time-sensitive shipments.

Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt. If you find damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph the damage before signing. Contact us within 24 hours to initiate a damage claim. We'll work with the carrier to replace damaged items quickly.

Often yes. Our manufacturer relationships extend beyond what's listed online. If you need a specific product, contact your account representative. We can usually source it through our network or provide an equivalent alternative.

We coordinate fulfillment from manufacturer warehouses and regional distribution centers across North America. This allows us to offer the broadest product selection without the limitations of local inventory. Many items can still be delivered next-day from regional facilities.

All products include manufacturer standard warranties. Solar panels typically 25-year performance warranties, inverters 10-25 years, racking systems 10-20 years, electrical equipment per manufacturer specs. Warranty claims are processed directly with manufacturers - we can assist with documentation if needed.

We coordinate training through our manufacturer partners. Many manufacturers offer installation training, certification programs, and technical webinars. PowerLink Network members get priority access to training opportunities. Contact your account representative for upcoming sessions.

Yes. We provide product spec sheets, engineering drawings, test reports, certification documents, and other materials needed for permit applications. Most technical documentation is available for download through your online account or by request.
